About the Role:

We are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join a vibrant and growing team, working at the cutting edge of sustainability with high profile partners and clients.

As Graphic Designer, you’ll:

  • Work within the brand guidelines to design all marketing collateral, including print, digital, web and exhibition
  • Support marketing and internal comms campaigns by proposing artwork and creative executions
  • Liaise with the team to obtain regular updates on our projects and clients to find creative ways to tell the visual story of our work
  • Design new materials in line with our target audience and marketing activity
  • Provide support to ClimateCare clients who want to communicate with their internal and external audiences about their work with us


About you:

  • Keen understanding of design and visual storytelling
  • Extensive portfolio of design work, with a keen eye for layout, typography and colour
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Adobe CC InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop software. Video editing would be a bonus.
  • Advanced knowledge of art working and setting up design for print
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who likes to work collaboratively and independently, taking ownership for assigned deliverables
  • Team player with the ability to foster good working relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround and hard deadlines
