Edward has led ClimateCare since 2007, scaling the business to become the impact-driven market leader it is today. Under his leadership, ClimateCare has seen substantial growth, delivering award winning large-scale emission reduction and impact programmes in the CSR, voluntary and compliance markets. One of the founding architects of ICROA, Edward remains active in shaping the direction of voluntary climate action and global carbon markets. He also advises large corporates, governments and IFIs, as well as setting the strategic direction of ClimateCare.

Hannah provides financial insight to the ClimateCare team, helping to ensure that strategic decisions are underpinned by accurate and timely financial information. She combines these financial skills with a background in commercial forestry and wind energy to help drive ClimateCare’s innovative project development work. Outside work, Hannah exercises her green fingers and DIY skills at home in the Cotswolds.

Lilian is a project analyst with experience in impact assessment and carbon asset development. She uses her background in environmental studies and management to measure, analyse and assess the outcomes delivered by our own and partner projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Her passion for environmental protection also plays a part in her free time, which is spent exploring the forest around her home.

With a focus on client support and business development, Ollie builds the partnerships with our clients that create great climate and development outcomes. His background in environmental geoscience and sustainability leadership has given him a deep appreciation of the range of sustainability challenges facing businesses today, and he is inspired by the challenge of finding innovative solutions to these challenges that make business sense and can work at scale.

As CEO, Vaughan steers the course here at ClimateCare. He keeps the organisation’s strategic and business direction on track, supporting the talented ClimateCare team in the delivery of programs that allow organisations to meet their climate responsibilities and deliver positive outcomes for people and the planet. An experienced leader, he’s committed to delivering sustainable, scalable social change through impactful partnerships with the private sector. Outside the office, Vaughan can be found pounding the streets as a long-distance runner.

Sarah helps produce the financial information central to business decisions. By ensuring timely and accurate information is at the forefront of management decisions, she adds financial rigour to the key control processes of the company. She’s not just in demand at ClimateCare though; at home Sarah is kept busy being mum to two small, energetic boys.

Tom has a background in engineering, with experience across the energy, environment and management sectors. He uses his expertise in delivering sustainable development outcomes from carbon reduction projects to oversee technical input into our Expert Advice and Project Development work. An experienced and effective influencer, he is proud that his work helps improve lives in Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as combating climate change. In his spare time, Tom works with an NGO to help remote communities resolve their energy challenges.

Vicky works closely with our partners to develop bespoke carbon offset programmes designed to maximise sustainability outcomes and complement commercial objectives. Experience working in the wider field of renewable energy regulation, supply and efficiency gives Vicky an understanding of how offsetting fits within a cohesive carbon management strategy. She is passionate about facilitating support for projects that reduce emissions, but equally deliver on issues such as poverty, health and gender equality.

In his role in the Client Services team, Harry prides himself in helping organisations take climate action through tackling their unavoidable carbon emissions. The combination of his background in geography and passion for social justice enable him to support businesses with Climate+Care programmes that deliver positive outcomes for the planet and the communities that depend on it. Outside of work, Harry enjoys non-league football and good coffee.

Paulina has extensive experience in carbon markets and renewable energy trading, gained over multiple positions on three continents. Her multi-disciplinary background, ranging from trading to public policy design at the European Commission, helps her to see beyond linear and fragmented approaches. Her background in engineering provides a solid foundation when dealing with technical and scientific issues. Paulina holds two MSc degrees (Ecological Economics and Gestion et Technologie) and has also created and managed a non-profit organisation in the international volunteering sector.

Tom has run our Nairobi office since 2007, supporting a specialist team that delivers climate and development outcomes on the ground. He is also one of the world’s leading experts in clean cooking and helped create the first opportunities to support cookstove projects through climate finance. He continues to explore ways for climate finance to leave a lasting legacy in sub-Saharan Africa and beyond, and is keen to see the region fulfil its obligations under the Paris Agreement.

Joash focuses on project development, working with our project partners to create a positive impact at scale, and to ensure project outcomes are recognised and reported. He also uses his background in environmental studies to support ClimateCare’s provision of Expert Advice. Proud to be part of a team which is helping fight climate change while also improving people’s lives, Joash enjoys taking on new challenges during his work.

Tom leads on the delivery of Natural Climate Solutions, working with partners at a landscape level for climate change mitigation. Having spent many years working on projects in Africa, Asia and the UK, Tom’s experience in environmental and systems management has seen him thread the sustainability agenda into the mainstream activities of many businesses and charities. Tom is committed to bringing business and the environment together, by harnessing the power of carbon finance, policy and environmental action. He is also the director of a social enterprise working in Nepal and Trustee of a conservation charity in Botswana.

Lizzy acts as the pivot between our project partners and our clients. She uses her market access and relationships with project partners across the world to develop their environmental assets, and to provide our clients with the most effective emission reduction portfolios possible. Having been involved in the early development of the voluntary carbon market, Lizzy remains committed to harnessing the power of markets to generate effective, larger scale positive environmental impact.

Fabio works in the Client Services team, with a focus on supporting clients to achieve their sustainable development and climate goals. His academic background is in biology and sustainability, particularly around the value and supply chain, and is inspired and proud of ClimateCare's vision to turn climate responsibilities into positive outcomes for people and the planet.

Velina works with both public and private sector partners to implement high-impact ClimateCare programmes. Her focus is on developing new partnerships with organisations of all sizes to enable them to take responsibility for their unavoidable emissions, and create solutions that work for everyone: companies, communities and the environment. Using her background in geography, Velina seeks to harness the power of business as a force for good. Outside of work, she enjoys getting involved in theatre: acting, writing and directing.

Rob oversees our partnership programmes, engaging with corporates, governments and entrepreneurs to help them meet their business, environmental and social development goals. He ensures programmes work for our partners and deliver measurable outcomes for their business as well as people and the environment. Rob has a background in business administration and sustainable development and is also current chair of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) Aviation Task Force.

James develops high-impact programmes for our new partners, based on our trademark Climate+Care approach. His focus is on harnessing the potential for the private sector to be a force for good by creating solutions that work for everyone: companies, communities and the environment. He is proud of the strong relationships he and his team have built across sectors to deliver these solutions. His background is in financial risk management, and James enjoys exploring the natural world on foot or by boat when he’s not at work.

Matt works with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of what organisations can do - and are doing - to take responsibility for their climate impacts. He works closely with potential partners and clients to help them tell their carbon neutral story in a way that is robust, accurate and engaging. Matt also supports on company-level communications and marketing strategy, and a passion for graphic design helps to make compelling visual communications.

Euan works at the fulcrum of the voluntary carbon market in the portfolio management team at ClimateCare. His background in climate science and modelling how climate change will impact global biodiversity and human health acts as motivation in creating bespoke portfolio options for clients to offset their residual emissions. His market expertise and active management of an ever-expanding network of project partners is vital in delivering the highest quality offset programmes. Euan enjoys being active in his spare time, particularly playing for local lacrosse and 6-a-side football teams.
